mas ok kung makabili ka ng ORS talaga (e.g. hydrite). kasi may mga gatorade flavors na mataas masyado ang sugar, baka lalo ka magtae depende sa case. if wala talaga mabilihan na ORES sa botika, pwede naman yung regular na pocari sweat
If dehydrated from the losses from LBM, much better to give ORS which has the optimum electrolyte content rather than gatorade especially for kids and pedia age group,
