Good question. If we're basing it on pure inheritance, then I'd say it'd be bad. Not the "evil" kind of bad, but it's that we aren't made aware of the presence of good yet when we were born.

Probably inherently good. I want to believe that, anyway. I'd like to think that bad behavoirs are always learned when children observe bad behavoirs in adults. Someone people are born with some wires crossed tho and they aren't good people (like serial killers maybe?)
