This is an uncomfortable truth, Mindanao is no Utopia for them to even get that idea. LGUs aren't capable of effectively managing these places as power struggles between rich families and the culture of violence in the island is still prevalent.

Hipokrito, Pilipino ka tanga, may responsibilidad ka as a citizen na pigilan ang ganyang pangyayari. We have the Constitution that gave us rules to participate in governing the country. Kung hindi mo yan alam, alamin mo, may mga karapatan at responsibilidad alin sunod sa konstitusyon ng 1987.
