Both does matter but sometimes people cant afford diploma and rely only sa diskarte. So for me both must have since diploma are useless without diskarte but I cant also say that diploma is literally useless because it can give big advantage to people that has it

I agreee! Tho diskarte can make people rich but it is not 100% guaranteed bcz of limited options since most of company and other jobs needs diploma
