Description
Learning to design your own herbal formulas and blends is a wonderful skill that allows you to create custom formulas to match the unique situations and individuals that you might be working with. Then we dive into the steps it takes to plan out what herbs to include in your herbal formulas to ensure that you are targeting the correct area to address the root cause of the issue. We go over how to decide how much of each herb to use and how to write out your herbal recipes. Then we discuss the various remedies that you might turn your recipes into and steps to consider should you need to change or improve your formula.At the end of this course, there is a downloadable Quick Guide PDF with notes from the entire course so that you can refer back to the information as often as you need!This course does not cover the steps to making the various herbal remedies, but rather the steps to take to come up with custom herbal recipes that have specific targets and actions.
