Yes worth it pa siya as of now afaik, though don't take my word for it since I finished ComEng and not ComSci. Depende parin talaga sa affinity mo with the course if ma-techy ka.

If trip mo programming best com sci. If di ka gano sure, then IT

depende sa career na gusto mo ipursue in the future. Kung mostly Web based development ang trip mo, much better ka sa IT nalang

Depends on the skillset na gusto mong pagkakitaan, think industry-wise since mahirap dito mag freelance coder lang.
