We've never had any issues with them, I get consistent upload and download speeds. Also, if you game, they have the lowest latency to Singaporean and Hong Kong servers.

Okay naman converge kaso may mga oras na sobrang bagal niya ung samin dito sa bahay 100mbps kaso minsan nagloloko tas walang signal

Sa area ko naman stable ang connection sa converge, mga 6 months to a year bago nagkakaron sya ng connection issues. Problema mo lang customer service dahil aabutin ka ng oras bago makapasok sa call nila.

I guess it really depends on the area? I've heard alot of negative feedbacks about converge but honestly i've never encountered any inconvenience (or if meron man nareresolve agad in a few hours). One thing I can agree on is customer service, medyo mahirap sila ireach at times.
