there are many variants of circuit problems. but Kirchoff's Laws can get you started

What type of questions po ba? If your looking for simmulators, madami like Proteus, Mathlab, etc. If your looking for easy answers sa problems, i think you can google. But i wont recommend that. Taking the easy way in a very young age, babawiin ka nyan pagtanda mo.

You must at least learn the basic of circuits for you to understand the problem easily. Kirchoff's Law is your buddy, I also suggest downloading Multisim to simulate the circuit diagram you are answering and check in it the required voltage or current you are computing :>
