Both of them pero mas okay sakin China. Power tripper si US eh. Si pres Digong dati naging mautak sa ganyan kaya hindi tayo madadamay sa war if ever. He know how the world works.

but china has been taking advantage of us. (ex. investment promises na wala naman nangyri, occupying our lands....) if a world war happen its almost impossible din for philippines to stay neutral.
