To be honest mejo tight etong budget specially kung ipapanggaming mo, 40k+ kasi ang mga entry level na gaming laptop ngayon and then yung mga lower is makakaya man nya yung GTA V pero baka low-medium performance lang. You can try siguro sa 2nd hand market, mga pre-loved and well taken cared of na laptops pero yun nga risky din you have to research and check ng mabuti kung ok pa yung item or, you can actually build a decent PC sa 30k if you know how to pick the right parts with the best price.

most likely mga i3 units to na walang dedicated video card. I'd go for lenovo for cheap laptops

20k-30k for gta v desktop range yan boss mahirap humanap ng laptop for gta v with that budget pero i suggest ebay/shopee basta ryzen laptop low setting gta v oks na oks.
