opinion* hindi na ako magpapa booster shot, bakit? kasi optional lang sya at kelangan mo lang talaga eh yun initial 1 oh 2 shots mo. after kasi nun herd immunity na dapat ang mangyare, na once na madapuan ka man ng covid eh parang ubo't sipon nalang sya kung ituring, at kusa nang mag aadapt ang ating mga katawan, at magkaroon ng natural immunity sa covid.

yan din kasi explanation ng aking barkada na nag dodoctorate in medicine na after mo ma vaccine eh siguro considered booster mo na yung dadapo sayu na covid virus. which makes sense saakin kasi naranasan na ng katawan mo yung covid sa vaccine, tapos yung actual covid eh easy nalang sa katawan hahaha

still opinion* ang nangangailangan oh dpat ipriority sa mga booster shots talaga eh mga immunocompromised, elderly at mga may underlying illnesses kasi kung may sakit na nga tapos dadagdag pa covid eh di GG.

I wonder why experts are not recommending Vitamin D because there's a study that show's it's effectiveness in preventing Covid... hmm

Yeah, getting booster shots are important. My first booster was pfizer, second was moderna. No issues, just a sore arm both times. Would like to see an updated booster though with all the new variants around.

Currently naka 3 boosters na ako all the same brand naman and so far wala namang severe side effects

as long as healthy person ka naman siguro goods lang kahit hanggang 2nd booster.
