You can watch Filipino youtubers like Doug Kramer and Slater Young. They speak mostly Taglish (tagalog and english) so it would be easier for you

For me, seeking for someone who can speak your native language and tagalog language at the same time is not a bad idea for learning. Just make sure to be open and ask questions from time-to-time to avoid confusions.
