Since laging may bagong lumalabas na mga model sa ibat ibang brands. I cant give you a specific model. Rule of thumb:
Check the phone brand's reputation, there is a lot of YT content creators will tell you this.
Go with 6gb ram or more
Go with 128gb storage or more
Go with a competitive chipset
Go with 4000mAh battery or more
That phone should be atleast in Amoled display
Dont forget the quality of camera by looking to its sensors
I remind you posible na wala kang mahanap na lahat ng nabanggit ko sa iisang phone lang. But it should have most of these qualities kung ang phone ay nasa 10 to 15k
