Its all in supply and demand, because the biggest factors for our inflation rate is housing, water, electricity, and gas. Agriculture i think has a factor too.

Though madaming factors na nag-aaffect sa supply at demand, inflation, crisis, wars, etc. heck even the ones in power can influence how much supply can be created and what the price will be based on demand. Di lang siya one size fits all na reason since madaming pwedeng paggalignan yung pagmamahal ng presyo sa bilihin.
