As a 3rd year irregular, all I can say is that one must follow their heart kasi if you haven't figured out what to do yet then I suggest you not waste your time in college.

Ang culinary, ang focus niyan ay all about intense cooking, preparations, etc.

Kapag HM naman, pag aaralan lahat including applied business, foreign language, quality control, quality management, events management, etc.

So kung ang gusto mong focus ay cooking only, mag culinary ka.

Pero kung gusto mo gawing business yung pagluluto, mag HM ka.

I think the big thing here is what you actually want. If you want to cook go culinary because HRM would just little talk about it and not have you cook at all. HRM is really about hotel and resturant. although a lot of other college are only theoretical which don't really help
