There's a lot of companies out there na newbie friendly. I would recommend getting experience from them then render ka na lang to try other accounts or LOBs. You need to remember na mag edit ng maayos kase di mo sila malalagay na work experience if aawolan mo. May mga companies especially financial na would really dig up past work experiences mo. So Goodluck!

According to my friends, minsan mas sulit yung lower wages na day shift kumpara sa night shift (mostly mas mataas yung sweldo). Pero depende pa rin sayo
