Best team composition for me is the Raiden National team, which consist of Raiden, Bennett, Xingqiu and Xiangling.

i just started recently, any ideas on how to increase the adventure rank as fast as possible?

Start to AR20 just do all the story quests + open all the chests + exploration
AR20-AR40 - story quest + daily commissions + exploration
AR45-50 - story quest + daily commissions + weekly boss (resin) + domains (resin)

if willing ka gumastos, daily purchase ng resin talaga. pero kung hindi, exploration lang tas make sure na monitored mo resin mo na di lalagpas ng 160 parang di sayang. gamitin mo agad.
