I would say cleanmymac, any good antivirus (mcafee, kaspersky, etc). In my opinion i would avoid cracked apps though. For security purposes

If you have multiple monitors check out BetterDisplay. Lots of features, but the one I use the most is turning on/off certain displays just through the app. Helps me save a bit on electricity! No need to reach the physical buttons too. If you have different text sizes across your monitors you can also fine-tune the resolution (beyond what's available on Mac display settings) to match ppi and have similar sized text.

Solid suggestion! BetterDisplay is a lifesaver for multi-monitor setups. The electricity savings alone make it worth it.
