Productivity = Intel, Gaming = Ryzen but any will do. I think tier list for each component of Pc kasi its tested and decked if its better choice than other. E.g. PSU = Seasonic is standard with a budget

Maraming factors need mo iconsider, if you want to play Esports title, then you can for Ryzen with APU, buy a high speed ram, then go for SSD. Pero if you want to play all types of games, need mo talaga mag GPU, and dun ka mahihirapan pag dating sa budget. If you can, buy used GPU, then make sure na maganda power supply. Buy a 128GB SSD for OS the HDD for games.

Mindset ko dati (2011) super budget. Newbie ako noon saka bagong work lang kaya ganyam mindset. Basta magka computer lng.

1. Processor - good enough, mga tipong i5. inconvenient kasi magpalit ng Processor, ang dami babaklasin

2. Video Card - more expensive or same price as processor

3. RAM - 8 GB muna tapos later nagdagdag

4. Motherboard - basta may mapagsaksakan ng components

5. PSU - basta hindi sasabog at may connector na need ng video card

6. HDD - basta may mapaglagyan ng OS

7. Case - basta magkasya ung video card

Mindset ko dati (2011) super budget. Newbie ako noon saka bagong work lang kaya ganyam mindset. Basta magka computer lng.

2. Video Card - more expensive or same price as processor

4. Motherboard - basta may mapagsaksakan ng components

5. PSU - basta hindi sasabog at may connector na need ng video card

6. HDD - basta may mapaglagyan ng OS

7. Case - basta magkasya ung video card

Part 2 of 2 : Increased Budget, Ease of Use and Convenience in mind.

1.CPU - i5 or i7 level, so kung amd ryzen5 or ryzen 7 : good enough for games and general use, not that hard to cool, will last long enough to avoid the inconvenience of constant replacement, kasi hindi lang naman CPU ang papalitan mo, pati motherboard and possible RAM. Not to mention marami ka babaklasin kapag nagpalit ng motherboard.

2. Motherboard - Wag lang ung pinaka basic. Siguro ung kasing tier ng B-Series motherboards, or entry level Z-Series. Not too expensive but still, meron kang needed na features (usually ung mga usb ports sa likod saka pcie slots)

3. RAM - ung first two sticks of ram na bibilhin mo dapat good enough sa use case mo, siguro ngayong 2023 at least 2x16GB (32GB). Later pwede ka mag add sa remaining 2 slots mo kung gusto mo.

4. Storage (Drive C) - at least 256 GB ssd para sa OS, too small kasi ang 128 GB ngayon

5. Storage (Drive D) - decent hdd, 3TB barracuda, parang ito ang pinaka malaking storage na 7200rpm pa rin, outside of WD BLACK

6. PSU - Branded, corsair, seasonic, etc, for the lifetime of your build na ito. Kaya safety first. Kapag ito nasira, baka mandamay pa ng ibang components

7. Case - Decent airflow, convenient build process. Siguro ung looks din importante, kasi kapag nagsisi ka sa looks ng case mo, nakaka inis tignan tuwing gagamitin mo ung pc

8. GPU - Nkakapagtaka na gpu ang huli, right? Kasi sa gaming, ito ang pinaka highlight, di ba? Possible kasi na ang GPU mo ay manggaling sa iyong previous build, lalo na kung decent pa ang performance para sa games na nilalaro mo. Tapos wait next year to buy a new gpu kung may bagong game ka na mas demanding. Isa pa, video card ang pinakamadaling palitan na component ng isang pc. Kaya pwede mo i-defer ang pag finalize dito
