Good evening po. Magtanong lang po sana ako. Yung laptop ko po normally naka connect sa 5G wifi namin sa bahay. Suddenly hindi ko na makita ung 5G sa connection list after ko mag install ng ESET anti virus. Sa 4G wifi nlng ako nakaka connect. Sa other laptop ko naman ok parin nakaka connect parin sa 5G also sa phone. Ito na po yung mga ginawa ko pero hindi parin naging ok.

Device management - update driver sa wireless connection.

Uninstall wireless driver then install ulit.

Disable anti virus, firewall

Wala naman nakakagalaw sa router namin kundi ako lang po. And wala ako binago po.

Ano po kaya pwede solution nito? Btw naka windows 10 po ako.

Try nyo mag update ng drivers ng computer, if its still not working try mag backup and restore.(if wala naka set na restore point only option is to reset ro factory or reformat the pc) hopes this helps!

Try no na po ba forget wifi network? Or set to auto connect

Dev management show all devices meron dun prang mga ghost driver delete mu lahat tas restart.

Minsan di sapat yung disable gawa ng may na install na policies siguro na naka interfere sa driver ng wireless lan mo, try po completely uninstall antivirus at pag wala pa rin reformat niyo na

Same problem sakin. Sa older versions kasi nang mga laptops walang ganun. Need mo nang wireless wifi reciever.
