Different hardware kelangan sir. We're talking about different frequency ranges sa signal kaya magkaibang demodulators yan.

Nasa hardware antenna yung difference po, pero check nyo na rin kung naka-enable yung Data Saving option sa phone ninyo. Kung gusto nyo faster speeds, off ninyo yung option na yun. Hindi ka pa rin aabot sa 5G speeds, pero baka bumilis pa rin yung connection ninyo.

Another problem is network saturation, pag madami talagang tao, kahit naka 5G ako, parang 3G lang din ang speeds. Taas pa rin ng latency.

In addition to a different antenna inside the phone, para maging 5G compatible yung phone eh kailangan din po ng processor na 5G capable, tulad ng Snapdragon 690 5G tsaka Snapdragon 695 5G.
5G uses shorter band signals kaya kailangan din ng 5G infrastructure sa lugar ninyo. As of this year hindi pa ganun kadami ang 5G transmitters compared to 4G and older, so maraming pa rin spots sa Metro Manila na 4G lang yung connection mo, kahit 5G capable yung phone.
