things I learn that are the most important thing to work on from my experience. Your mind, your emotion, and your body. Your mind so that you have control over yourself and cannot be swayed. Your emotion will affect your mind if you let it go out of control. Your body because it will give you the capacity of your energy.

Your body is how big your battery is, your emotion is how much energy it'll spend, and your mind help manage your energy effectively.

Anyway, add your own tip! Feel free to add more to this, I listed 3 to keep it simple but I do believe in what I said

I think din importante to know yourself. Kilalanin mo what works for you kasi if tintry mo na kopyahin yung style ng iba, mahihirapan ka lang. Okay lang na gawin mo ng iba, as long as nagagawa mo papunta sa goal mo.
