Disease, if this is your first time then you have nothing to spread. If this is their first time, same thing. Use a condom ONLY if she might be questionable. If your partner is virtuous and hadn't slept with a lot of people, then the risk is low. Communication is better than a condom!
Pregnancy: it is difficult to get pregnant in the first place. The timing has to be just right for the sperm to meet with the egg. While in the vagina the sperm has to go thru an obstacle course that kills off sperm. It like a person swimming to the Philippines from California, a lot are going to die during the travel. Even if the egg and sperm meet, there is no guarantee it will fertilize completely. So, each child is literally a miracle!
Bareback: skin to skin contact is the ultimate form of intimacy.
Sperm: studies have shown that sperm inside the woman makes her happier. It feels good for both of you.
REMEMBER! all warnings are based on statistics. If you want to be safe then take every all safety measures. Wear a seatbelt when riding a car. Wear a helmet while riding a bike. Wash your hands frequently. Say your prayers every night. Eat all your vegetables. But it won't kill you if you don't . Enjoy life, don't let fear rob you of a true life experience.
