If you use Linux or want to explore it at all an RX 6600 or a 7000 series AMD card could be a good upgrade. But for windows and everything else including video editing and machine learning, NVIDIA is just better.

3060 ti or 3070 is a solid choice. You can go for 5060 para hindi ka iwan
