if you like horror you can start with junji ito, berserk if you want mental damage or maybe vagabond for estetic design. Manwha, SSS suicide hunter, I became the tyrant in a tower defense game saka greatest estate developer

Looks like everyone is saying Berserk and honestly its hard to argue if you haven't read it yet. In the same vein you might also want to check out Goblin Slayer, but Berserk is a classic and more gritty.
