Sony a6400 is a good start. Pair mo with maybe sigma 30mm prime lens. Wala nga lang built in stabilization sa lens ng sigma, so baka maging shaky yung output mo ng onti lalo sa video.

Sony 6300 with the OSS kit lens is likely within your budget, and is a very decent place to start your photography and video journey.
