Description:
The basis for this assembly was the minimally loaded version of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 with all sorts of junk. Plus, I additionally had a hand in optimizing the final product. Disabled spyware, auto-update, User Account Control, Windows Defender, returned the classic "Start" and Desktop gadgets, unlocked the installation of third-party themes, optimized the OS interface, and more. At the same time, nothing was cut from the system! The settings I have specified can be easily redrawn at your request, or even return the system to its original state before all edits.

Although this assembly is de jure the successor to the Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC OptimaMod (Jun`19) RUS-ENG x86-x64 assembly , it is de facto a completely new independent release. The assembly is based on new source distributions, has more editions on board, includes a number of tweaks and firmware differences. Installer modification:

• The build is based on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC distributions hosted on VSS (former MSDN) on November 17, 2021.
• At the earliest stage of the installation, there is a pre-boot menu in which you can select the bitness of the primary shell, that is, which installer will be used, 32-bit or 64-bit. Thanks to this, there is no need to worry that the 64-bit version of the OS may not stand on RAID, and that its users may find themselves without a system restore service.
• The \ sources \ sxs folder has been removed from the installation media because the packages located in it are preinstalled in the OS.
• The Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (MSDaRT) 10 module is integrated into the system recovery service, launched from the installation media, which significantly expands the possibilities for reanimating the system.
• Fixed a feature of the Windows 10 installer, due to which in a multilingual assembly, when starting the installation from under an existing system, there was no choice of the installer interface language. In this assembly, a similar choice is provided.
• The consequences of a developer's mistake, due to which, when integrating additional languages into the distribution kit, the Notepad, WordPad and Paint applications did not receive the necessary language packs, as a result of which they did not work, have been eliminated. I put the missing files into the necessary directories of the system.
• The system is installed immediately with Russian and English language packs. The choice of language during installation only affects which of the languages will be the main one. So at the end of the installation, you can easily change the interface language using standard OS tools without downloading additional files.
• The system is pre-activated by the activator W10 Digital Activation Program + KMS38 version 1.4.5.3 from Ratiborus. Upon completion of activation, the activator body is deleted from the computer.
• Due to the technical features of the assembly, from under the existing system it is possible to install only the 64-bit version of Windows 10. And only in the Custom installation mode.
• Made minor improvements to the installer interface, fixing the flaws of Microsoft programmers.

Integrated applications:

• Installed updates KB5008212 and KB5007289, updating the OS version as of the release date of the assembly.
• Installed .NET Framework 3.5 package.
• Installed the DirectX 9.0c package.
• Installed Microsoft Visual C ++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013-2019-2022 Redistributable Package Hybrid (installs Microsoft Visual C ++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2022 Redistributable Package of the latest versions. To avoid duplicate installation of earlier versions and redirect programs that need these library packages to newer versions, the installation of outdated versions is blocked by stubs).
• Installed the application StartIsBack ++ 2.9.17 (adds the classic Start menu).
• Installed application 8GadgetPack 34.0, (adds the ability to use Desktop gadgets).
• Installed the UltraUXThemePatcher 4.3.1 application, (adds the ability to install third-party Windows themes).

• The background of the window titles has been changed. It is blue for the active window, and pale blue for the inactive window.
• Vertical scroll bars that only opened on hover are now consistently wide.
