I don't think there's much of an issue regarding this matter since it's a way to prevent scams and other devious scemes. Also, many countries have already implemented such ordinance many years ago and produced substantial results. Though I must admit that I still haven't registered my sim yet. :')

Goods para maiwasan na din at mabawasan yun mga crime, madali lamg naman magregister ilamg minuto lang

This is a good legislation, dahil mas papabilis nito ang pag trace sa mga gagawa ng hindi maganda.

No. Hindi okay ang sim card registration. Hindi naman mapipigil nyan ang scammers sa phone tsaka ung privacy ng tao possible pang makalat
