You need to learn the entire language,
Live in the province if you're a country typa guy or in the metro if you’re not good with mosquitoes

Try living within Cebu capitol. Enjoy sea life and good food. People aren't good in tagalog there also so you don't need to worry (coz they speak different dialect lol)
