You will understand emotional intelligence and be able to apply it in handling day-to-day activities.. You will understand and be able to explain attitudinal change and business ethics. The course assists you develop assertiveness skills.The course starts by introducing you to Public Relations (PR), what makes up PR practice, the relationship of public relations with other disciplines and the meaning of interpersonal relations.
