Could be an antenna issue! Only way to know for sure is to open the phone. Unfortunately, something common for the Z 3 series.

Try any of this trouble shooting steps

Toggle Wi-Fi Off and On:

Go to Settings on your device.
Tap on "Connections" or "Connections & Network."
Toggle the Wi-Fi switch off and then back on.
Restart Your Device:

Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your Galaxy Z Fold 3, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

In the Wi-Fi settings, forget the network causing the issue.
Reconnect by selecting the Wi-Fi network and entering the password if required.
Check Airplane Mode:

Ensure that Airplane Mode is turned off, as this disables all wireless connections.
Update Software:

Ensure that your device has the latest software updates installed. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Reset Network Settings:

Navigate to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
Confirm the action. Note that this will reset all network-related settings, including Wi-Fi passwords.
Safe Mode:

Boot your device into Safe Mode to see if a third-party app is causing the issue. If Wi-Fi works in Safe Mode, it could indicate a problem with a third-party app.
Factory Reset (Caution):

If none of the above steps work, you may consider a factory reset as a last resort. This will erase all data on your device, so make sure to back up important information first.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, it's recommended to contact Samsung support or visit an authorized service center for further assistance, as there might be a hardware-related problem.
