Pero sa kamaynilaan andaming mga batang hamog na gumagawa ng pagnanakaw pambubugbog at prostitusyon,payag ba kayo ibaba ang edad ng allowed para makulong ang mga gumagawa ng krimen?

in my opinion, agree ako to this but i dont think it wont do that much effect, kasi nandito sila sa situation nayun they dont have that much of a choice but to choose that lifestyle

No. May frameworks na tayo in place to manage these juvenile delinquents, pero wala eh, kulelat sa implementation our gov't agencies like the DSWD, and the LGUs, especially yung mga crime-infested ang slums. Mag file ng bagong batas ilang buwan, o usually nga, taon ang itatagal bago ito mapasa. Ang tamang pagpatupad ng mga programang gobyerno ay pwede na gawin agad.
