You’ve probably heard that "sleep is important," but why, in today’s digital age, when everyone knows staying up late can be harmful to our health, do we still get lost in our phones or computers?
Do you experience this? Do you often stay up late to watch TV, scroll through social media, or work?
Do you have any tips to limit staying up late and protect your sleep? :)

Siguradong narinig mo na ang kasabihang "mahalaga ang tulog," pero bakit sa panahon ng teknolohiya ngayon, kahit alam ng lahat na ang pag-puyat ay masama sa kalusugan, patuloy pa rin tayong nalulunod sa ating mga telepono o kompyuter?
Nakakaranas ka ba ng ganito? Madalas ka bang magpuyat para manood ng TV, mag-scroll sa social media, o magtrabaho?
Mayroon ka bang mga tip para mabawasan ang pagpupuyat at protektahan ang iyong tulog? :)

Based on experience lang to ah, so take it with a grain of salt. Pero nagpupuyat tayo kahit alam natin masama for pleasure, parang need natin magconsume Ng content for out entertainment as much as we can because of the hardships in life.

Oo, I get what you mean. Sometimes, we push ourselves to stay up late just to escape or unwind, even when we know it’s not the best for us. It's like we crave that bit of pleasure or distraction to cope with all the stress life throws at us. But I guess we all have our ways of managing, right?

Oo, naiintindihan ko yung punto mo. Minsan, pinipilit natin magpuyat kahit alam nating hindi ito mabuti sa atin, para lang makalimot o magpahinga. Parang kailangan natin ng konting kasiyahan o distractions para makayanan yung mga pagsubok ng buhay. Pero siguro, may kanya-kanyang paraan naman tayo ng pag-handle, di ba?
