Sabi nga nung title, papaano ba? May mga araw talagang naka tulala nalang ako at di ko na alam ano gagawin ko.

Ay, relate! Procrastination escape tips? Eto mga gawa ko na effective!

  1. Break it down – Minsan overwhelming kasi ang laki ng task, kaya chop-chop muna. Small goals lang para di nakakatamad gawin.
  2. Set a timer – Try mo yung Pomodoro technique, like 25 mins work, 5 mins break. Less pressure tapos tuloy-tuloy pa. ⏲️
  3. Reward yourself – Promise sarili mo ng treat after ng work, kahit simpleng kape or snack! Makes you look forward to finishing. ☕
  4. Remove distractions – I-off ang phone or stay away sa social media. As in "no-scroll" zone muna! ‍♂️
  5. Find a reason – Alamin mo bakit kailangan gawin yan. Sometimes kasi pag clear ang purpose, mas ganado kang tapusin.
  6. Visualize the finish line – Imagine gaano ka-relieved once tapos na. Minsan yun na ang kickstart na kailangan.
  7. Start kahit tamad ka pa – Seryoso, minsan kailangan mo lang talagang magsimula. 5 mins lang, tapos tuloy-tuloy na!
Di naman kailangang perfect agad, basta makaalis lang sa umpisa. Go lang, kaya yan!

In my case, may mental health concern na pala ako pero sa pakiramdam ko parang normal lang ang lahat at tinatamad ako.

Mahirap takasan procrastination hanggat nagagawa mo ng maayos yung teabaho mo before deadline at annatapos mo sya di din matatapos procrastination mo HAHAHHAAHHA
