Important update for AMD Ryzen processors under Windows 11.

AMD and Microsoft have determined that AMD Ryzen CPUs may exhibit reduced performance in certain applications when running Windows 11 21H2 Build 22000.194. With this update you can fix the performance problems.
This fix will update Windows 11 to the new version: Build 22000.282.
