This course is great for beginners and anyone wishing to deepen their practice. It is brought to you by Yoga Instructor/Certified Meditation Teacher Mary Reardon who has been meditating for many years. She has spent time meditating in silence for 10 days with no contact with the outside world. She spent time meditating all across America. She also meditated outside of America in the jungles of Belize. She witnessed how meditation improved her life and wants to share that with others. Her journey of silence began as a child when she had to care for her sister that didn't speak for the first ten years of her life. Spending time in her presence prompted her to seek answers in the silence. She brings many years of quiet wisdom to the table that carried her through many happy times and many heartbreaking times. She demystifies meditation and breaks it down in a way that anyone can understand. Many athletes use meditation to win. Companies are starting to use it with employees because they see the benefits. You get what you put into the practice. This course will teach you that you can train your mind for optimal performance in any area of your life. Whether you are trying to destress while raising a family, managing a football team or a fortune five hundred company, the tools of meditation are valuable.
