Description
In this course, you will learn all there is to know about managing thoughts. Forget everything you've learned in therapy! The chances are it's mostly wrong! There is only one true way of managing your intrusive, unwanted and obsessive thoughts and it's right here in this course! Whether you struggle with OCD, anxiety, trauma, depression, thoughts are at the root of mental illness and if you can master them, then your life will change! On this course, you will be shown how to look at thoughts in a completely different way! 90% of what you think, feel and do is automatic and has been learned through previous life experience and habit. This course will show you how to rewire your brain and change your relationship to thoughts. My motivation for creating this course entitled how to manage your intrusive, unwanted and obsessive thoughts was twofold. Firstly, for many years, I had my own personal struggles with intrusive thoughts and as a result, I had to navigate a lot of trial and error in finding the right techniques to deal with these thoughts My name is David Pope. I am a counsellor in private practice specialising in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, couples therapy, OCD and trauma.
