Additionally, the 9 methods of essential oil creation: are explored including Steam Distillation, CO2 Distillation, Maceration, Water Distillation, and Cold Press. You will learn how to use the Cold Press Method to create your essential oils, such as Orange Essential Oil. Some of the oils included in this 7-video lecture course include Red Mandarin, Silver Fir, Helichrysum, Ho Wood, Petitgrain, and Sunpati. The application of essential oils to your skin includes specific recipes for you to follow. The layering technique massage for back pain is explained including which essential oils should be used. Essential oils to help enhance intimacy, to help the libido, and to help lessen issues associated with erectile dysfunction are included. The course ends with the use of essential oils in Shamanic Meditation.
