Classes focus on the essential postures to build strength and improve your mobility in a mindful way. Each full body sequence is intended to give you a well-rounded practice that you can come back to every day. Every session is a full body workout which allow you to move and stretch your entire body. Each class you can expect to work on strength and endurance as well as flexibility for a well-balanced yoga class.
