The application works like a fax server, connecting to one or more workstations in order to allow their users to easily send and receive messages. Thanks to the bundled fax printer driver, you can easily create a fax message out of any document and forward it to the network fax machine, which sends it to the recipient.

Each workstation FaxMail is installed on can run the administration panel to configure the modem, create the fax address book and send a fax message. There are various options that you can customize. For instance, the application can be instructed to automatically print all the incoming faxes, forward them to a specific e-mail address or to another fax machine.
It can send faxes to a single recipient or an entire group, with a customizable cover page. The integrated scheduler enables you to send fax messages at specific times in the future, either using the connected modem or via the Internet.
FaxMail Network for Windows features sound notifications for important events (errors, new messages) and comes with an integrated editor that enables you to build a message from scratch. It can log commands and responses of the fax modem, enabling you to quickly identify possible problem causes.
