In the intermediate course, we will review the origins of baptism and the implications of early baptizers. However, in this course, we are more focused on what baptism is, why it is considered necessary, who instructed it, and the current significance of the practice. As you traverse through the course you will find the biblical instructions for baptism. There are many opinions about what baptism is and isn't, however, we will avoid opinion and lore in this course and stay primarily on scriptural accounts and instructions on the requirement of baptism.
