Any vegetables na madali maluto and easy to find sa wet market, mostly they are very cheap considering your budget. Super healthy na d pa masakit sa bulsa

I'm trying to manage my money, I just need some recommendation and also it is fine if it could go overbudget like in the range of 2k or 3k.
Mostly eggs and adobo recipes and with tomato saucess the add ons ingredients like potato can be the pricey ones but kung yun lang meat its sustainable for a month

I usually go with canned foods pero when I cook dapat yung mga pwede pang whole day food ex: adobo, tofu etc... na mga hindi mapapanis in a day wag lang maarte sa ulam
