Hello and WelcomeReiki SchoolsUsui Ryoho Reiki SchoolKundalini ReikiShamballa Reiki SchoolWhether you are beginning a new journey into the world of Reiki or revisiting, Welcome to Our Usui Reiki Ryoho program.If you have already read "The Reiju attunement and Hatsu Rei Ho Meditation" in the preface, please do the meditation and accept Reiju to really jumpstart your Reiki journey.That post mentioned two meditations that were most often used byMikao Usui, when he began teaching this Spiritual Healing Method of Reiki. Of course, one is Hatsu Rei Ho, the startup meditation. The other is called Gassho; many say Usui Sensei practiced Gassho meditation as a part of his personal Reiki regimen every day, twice a day. Gassho literally means, "Two hands coming together," and indicates how we will hold our hands in the prayer position near our heart Chakra.In this advance course we have combined all of our different Reiki modalities to enhance your Reiki practice. This healing support system is taught in three or four levels, which have been passed along from Reiki Master to student since Mikao Usui rediscovered it in 1922.Reiki Level I is the first exciting step of this wonderful healing energy. I'm much like the author of these guides; I see no difference between in person or distance teaching or attunements - Intent and focus are these keys is both techniques of teaching and attuning with the Reiki energy, Sacred energy. If the source of this energy were self or of a physical nature, then possibly physical presence would be necessary, but Source is Spirit, and Spirit does not know separation of distance or time. This would indicate that in person or distance, both work the same.Reiki Level I called Shoden in Japan, is taught to those that wish to learn to use the Reiki Energy. The class is taught by a Reiki Master trained to pass the attunements and teach Reiki. Traditional Usui Healing Systems use a set of four attunements. A Reiki I class material generally includes the hand positions used when doing Reiki on self and others, the Reiki principles, and the history of Reiki. You then receive the attunements. Once you have received the attunements you are a Reiki Practitioner. Whether you practice Reiki or not is your choice.Reiki Level II, called Okuden in Japan includes the three Reiki Symbols (Focus, Harmony, and Connection), Mental/Emotional Healing, Distant Healing, symbols use, meanings are taught, and the student receives one attunement.Level III called Shinpiden in Japan is the Master Practitioner Level of Reiki. The Usui Master Symbol, meaning and application is taught. This symbol completes the other three symbols taught at Level II.Some teach the Master level combining both Practitioner and Teacher as one level. Many others teach the Master level in two parts, Practitioner and Teacher. This program presents the Master program in two parts. Reiki Grand Master has been added over the years to enhance the Reiki Practioner overall experience.
