My biggest advice would be to not care about the outcome of that game hard as it sounds. Worry about your play decide if your happy with how you played. Much as i hate to say it. You CANNOT blame your teammates. Because there is always something you could have done. Accept that some game are unwinnable and just try to learn something for the next game. But you cannot blame them.
