MoldWorks is an automated mold layout. MoldWorks is used primarily to shorten the design cycle. The time for assembling a mold in the MoldWorks system takes several hours, as opposed to 1.5 - 2 weeks for conventional design, even with the use of a computer.

A large percentage of scrap in the manufacture of molds is associated with designer errors in the calculation of the cooling system. MoldWorks analyzes wall thicknesses to help you avoid collisions between cooling holes and other holes.
The speed of assembling molds in MoldWorks is due to the use of parametric 3-dimensional object-oriented libraries of mold parts of several international standards (DME, HASCO, NATIONAL, RABOURDIN, FUTABA, EOC, STRACK). All used mold components have a graphic and informational description and are positioned in the assembly in accordance with their purpose.
