Drink whole milk. good for building muscle. Try mo din magluto ng dinengdeng (ilocano). Many kinds of dinengdeng but basically fish vegetables at bagoong ang sangkap. :)

Itlog alam ko pinaka dabest and cheap protein source, baka gusto mo din itry tortang talong. Since namention mo pagod ka na sa diet mo na chicken and eggs, maybe I advice you to find a diet which you can stick to.

There's a debate between "calories in and calories out" vs the quality of food you eat, and I choose to eat food I can enjoy while also working out. Try cooking different variety of chicken breast recipe or egg recipes para hindi paulit ulit at nakakasawa.

Oatmeal, Eggs, Chicken breast, Tuna, Patatas, Corn, Rice in my opinion could be a good food source na mura lang din.
