This course is designed to provide students with a foundational understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and kinesiology. Students will learn about the basic principles of exercise science, including the physiological responses to exercise and how the body adapts to different types of physical activity.The course will cover the fundamental concepts of human anatomy, including the skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems, and how they are involved in movement and exercise. Students will also learn about the biomechanics of movement and how proper form and technique can reduce the risk of injury and optimize performance.Throughout the course, students will develop practical skills and knowledge that will prepare them to work with clients or pursue further study in the field of exercise science. Topics covered will include exercise programming, goal setting, and strategies for maintaining client motivation and adherence.By the end of the course, students will have a strong foundation in exercise fundamentals and anatomy basics, which they can use to inform their future study and practice in the field of exercise science.
