Self control lang din talaga. Minsan sobrang hirap pero need mo talaga umiwas if alam mo na na sobra na addiction.

For me, I find that I masturbate mostly pag bored ako at walang magawa. So counter that, I keep myself busy. I also surround myself with people and situations para wala masyado chance to do it.
