Try mo muna magpatulong sa instructor sa gym. If wala naman budget, or mahiyain, yung mga beginner workout online, ok ba yun. Basta makapagsimula ka, malaking bagay na. Mag followup ka na lang as you progress.

Better din if may instructor or trainer ang gym niyo kasi it will go a long way kapag natulungan ka na mag start

Wag ka matakot kase lahat naman nagstart sa walang alam. And may trainer naman sila doon. Try mo muna basics and proper posture bago mo isipin magbuhat ng malaki.

Wag ka mahiya na 5 pounds lang binubuhat mo kase mas ok na 5 pounds and proper technique instead of 30 pounds and bad form.

everyone starts from somewhere, basic bodyweight exercises sa simula then develop the heavy compound lifts, it'll naturally progress from there
