mga sir, medyo mabigat kasi ako around 200lbs gusto ko sana magbawas ng timbang nitong 2022 ano po ba magandang gawin kasi sabi sakin ng tropa ko wag daw ako mag jjogging dpat mag bawas pa ko ng timbang paano po ba sisimulan maraming salamat po
Best to invest sa trainer. Kahit 3-6 months lang just to show you the ropes. Mahirap din ma injure.

Wag ka matakot karamihan ng gym na napuntahan ko friendly members and pwede ka magpaturo sa instructor, sa owner or sa nangamgasiwa dun sa gym. Usually ginagawa talaga nila un na nagtuturo sa mga beginners

merong mga gym na may nakapaskil na different exercises sa wall for different muscle group. kung wala, nood ka muna sa tiktok o youtube

First, consult a doctor or a health professional. Pa general checkup muna if may sakit para ma adjust sa exercise na kailangan mo, or kaya mo.
